Welcome to Blue Lily Photo. My name isn't Lily, and my favorite color isn't blue, but I am what I am :)
I like to take pictures, meet new people, travel, and play. One day, I thought, “Heck, why not make a business of it.” My goal is capturing personality, not just a smile. Don’t get me wrong, I'm rather fond of smiling/ watching people smile.
I've been teaching elements of photography and videography for some time now, but strictly in person. Our new online school will take everything we've taught in person before and make it available to all, no matter the geography!
I also photograph portraits- mostly family portraits. My philosophy is that if you are having a good time, you will look fantastic in your pictures. I have photographed a lot of people enjoying themselves under this philosophical umbrella.
